Meet your Coach: Amy

With a decade of experience in the health sector, Amy is a highly knowledgeable and perceptive health coach who is passionate about empowering you to achieve the healthier future you desire and deserve.

Utilising an empowering coaching model customised to your particular goals and needs, Amy is committed to helping you find your ‘why’: the driving force that will help you overcome resistance to change and move towards your goals.

Amy holds a Masters Degree in Physiotherapy and Bachelors Degree in Health Science and is a certified Health and Wellness Coach with HCANZA.

Amy’s passion for health coaching stems from her experience as a community physiotherapist, where she saw clients struggle to convert their health knowledge into tangible results. We often know what we need to do to get healthier, but how do we get the motivation to actually do it?

That’s where Amy comes in - a genuine and insightful coach whose passion for empowering clients to reclaim their health shines through. Amy’s thoughtful and warm approach will help you transition your health aspirations into a healthy life.

    It places you in the drivers seat as you set health goals that are meaningful for you. Health coaching focus on taking small, consistent steps that add up to meaningful, long-term changes.

    Through one-on-one sessions, health coaching helps to:

    • discover your inner drive for change

    • build your confidence and self-belief

    • create goals and action plans

    • tackle any obstacles that might get in your way.

    We've all got unique goals, but something we have in common is the difficulty we face trying to make these goals a reality. That’s where health coaching comes in.

  • If you’ve tried everything and are fed up with not being able to stick to your goals, health coaching is for you.

    We’ll help you find your why, and use it as a sustainable source of motivation. With your driving force behind you, and clear goals and action plans in place, you’ll be kicking your health goals in no time.

  • Discovering the driving force behind your desire for change is a unique and personal experience and everyone is working on their own timeline.

    To facilitate best results, we encourage our clients to begin their coaching journey with our 12-week program, made up of weekly or fortnightly coaching sessions.

  • Health coaches are here to support and guide you on your health and wellness journey, but there are a few things they don't do. Health coaches do not:

    • diagnose medical conditions

    • prescribe medications

    • provide medical treatment

    They also don't replace the advice of healthcare professionals. Instead, they focus on helping you set and achieve your health goals through personalized strategies and ongoing support.

  • Initial session: $90

    30 minute follow-up session: $50

    45 minute follow-up session: $65

    60 minute follow-up session: $75
